Refund policy
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 5 days of delivery. Items must be in the same condition you received them, in original packaging, unused and unmodified, with your order number.
Category rules:
- Brand-new sealed controllers and electronic accessories: exchange only.
- Special-edition and vintage controllers: non-returnable.
- Basic consoles that don't work: exchange only (refund if no replacement is in stock). Special-edition, custom or modded consoles: non-returnable.
- TCG products, graded cards and TCG accessories: final sale.
- Collectibles: non-returnable unless damaged in shipping.
- Plushies and toys: final sale unless the tag is torn or the item was damaged in shipping.
Damaged or defective items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and box. We'll replace or fully refund it, including return shipping, in every category.
To start a return, email wrath413wdt@gmail.comwith your order number and photos. We reply within 2 business days with instructions and the return address. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the item. Shipping costs aren't refundable unless we made the mistake. International buyers pay return shipping, and customs duties aren't refundable.
