Terms of Service — The Gaming Temple

By using thegamingtemple.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products. We sell new, used, vintage and imported items. Condition is described and photographed in each listing. Used and vintage items may show normal wear. Imported Japanese games may need compatible hardware to play.

Pricing and orders. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may cancel or limit any order, including orders with pricing errors or quantities over posted limits. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Payment. Payments are processed securely through Shopify checkout. Gift cards can't be used to buy other gift cards.

Shipping. Delivery times are estimates. International buyers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes. Military APO/FPO/DPO orders follow USPS rules, and items with lithium-ion batteries may be restricted.

Trademarks. All game, character and brand names belong to their respective owners. We are an independent retailer and not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.

Changes. We may update these terms at any time. The version posted here applies.
